A luxury residential project composed around a courtyard, ocean views and quiet evening light.
Solution

The design uses three interlocking volumes around a protected courtyard, with layered glazing, deep overhangs and controlled approach sequences.

The house creates a calm transition from street to ocean view, with every major room connected to light, air and landscape.
